SRZero

The Zero Emissions Sportscar
Radical Sportscars and Imperial College London have jointly developed a new high-speed, long-distance sportscar.
Racing Green Endurance are a team of graduates from the Energy Futures Lab at Imperial College London. Together with Radical, they have developed a unique twin-motor electric drive system which will enable the SRZero to travel further than any other electric car before needing to be recharged.
A Pan-American Highway record attempt
During 2010 the Racing Green Endurance team are attempting to drive the 26,000km (16,000 mile) length of the Pan-American Highway faster than any other electric vehicle. The team aim to demonstrate that low-carbon solutions to climate change do exist, and prove that an electric car can be as exciting to drive as its petrol-powered counterpart.
Radical Electric Race Series
Following the car’s development throughout 2010, Radical plan to launch an electrically-powered Radical race series in 2011.
