Radical Sportscars - A Totally Radical Group of Companies

The Totally Radical Group

Radical moved to its current production facilities in Peterborough in 2000. The 30,000 sq.ft. factory includes a race team shop, assembly shop, stores, fabrication, composite production, prototype shop, rolling road, as well as the offices for design, sales and admin.

The race team run four large trucks enabling full spares back up, tyre fitting and hospitality facilities to be taken to the circuit, in addition to running works and customer cars.

Radical has its own in-house engine production facility, Powertec Engineering, which is situated adjacent to Radicals assembly shop and has an engine dyno room.

Amicon Engineering, Radicals own precision machine shop, operate a wide range of CNC controlled machining centres, within the facility. Radical manufacture more of its product in-house than any other small volume car manufacturer.

The 70 strong workforce, comprising skilled craftsmen, engineers and administrators, are currently producing over 150 cars per year.
